Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped with-in the next 24 hours after you have placed your order (we are committed to provide you with world class service; however this is just an estimation of how long it takes for your order to leave the warehouse).Once your order has left the warehouse the UPS map will tell you approximately how long will it take to get to you unless the shipping method that you have chosen is any other than ground shipping, in that case it will be faster according to the method that you chose (only if the all the items are in stock). The UPS ground shipping rates do not apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, If your delivery address is in any of the above mentioned states please choose the express shipping due to extended area charges from UPS. If the package is sent back to us you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package sent out again.
All your items will be shipped in one package unless they are two different orders, if any of the items that you have ordered is no longer in stock we will contact you and give you an ETA (estimated time of arrival, no arrival times are guaranteed) and we will wait for the item to be back in stock, exchange it for a similar item or refund for such amount according to the customer’s request. - The UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. And please note that the UPS does not count weekends as business days. We have attached the UPS Ground Delivery Map for your reference.
Returns :
We will accept returns of unused product when the return is requested within 3 Days of delivery. All returned products need to be in resalable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for all the returns and shipping charges will not be refunded. When sending an item back make sure to label the package with the R.M.A. number (Return Authorization Number) in order to be exchanged or refunded and make sure the item is in the original box with user manual and accessories (if applicable); If the a package has been returned and has no R.M.A. number your package will be refused.
Warranty info
There is a 15-day Manufacturer’s Warranty on any defect items from the date of delivery. If you discover a defect in one of our products, given that it was not misused nor abused by any parties, please use the contact us page to explain briefly what the problem is as well as your order number and item number of the defect product so we can issue an R.M.A. number to either get the item exchanged or refunded.
How to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Once you have contacted us with-in the 15 day period, we will send you the RMA form for you to fill out so we can issue an RMA number for the defective item. Any returned item must be shipped back to us with-in the first 30 days from delivery date and we will not be responsible for shipping charges.
