Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship Internationally, if you place an order from a country other than U.S. your order will be cancelled and refunded imediatly.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

You will have to provide a physical addres sinceUPS is our main carrier and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If I order many Airsoft Guns or Rifles do I get more Free BB's?

You will only receive 1,200 Free BB's per order regardless of how many Airsoft Guns or Rifles you order; However, you can always take advantage of a 5%off when you enter your email to subscribe on our e-mailing list.

Do you Ship Green Gas?

Ultra Elite Airsoft Green Gas is now available and there will be no Hazardous Materials Shipping Fee when you order Green Gas since it meets all the requirements of Applicable Freight Calssification.

You can also buy the P-force propane adapter which is compatible with most propane cylinders readily available at the hardware stores.

How many Days before I get my order delivered?

UPS is our main carrier, as soon as your package is picked up by UPS we will post your tracking number on your account and you will be able to track your package by going to www.ups.com  and entering your tracking number.

Remember that the shipping method are the days that it takes for UPS to deliver the package and does not indicate when your package will be shipped. We usually shipped our products with-in 24 to 48 hours (this is an estimation of how long we take to ship our products, however we have not stated in our policies and procedures a lengh of time for orders to be shipped), except for weekend orders. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you with an Estimated Time of Arrival andwill be up toyou todecide if you would like to wait for such item or if you would like a refund for the total amount ofyour purchase.

How much is domestic shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and which shipping method you choose along with the size or girth of your package. UPS Ground is only available for customers located within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

To see the total shipping cost of your order, just proceed through checkout, but stop at the shipping options page if you don’t want to place the order. All shipping costs are displayed BEFORE payment is required, so you can always check the shipping on any order before you finalize it.

Do you ship to APO's and FPO's?

We do not ship to APO's nor FPO's, we are currently just shipping to physical addresses with in the U.S. .
